Of the four founders of Ÿnsect, Jean-Gabriel Levon is the impact director. An engineer from the Ecole Polytechnique and a graduate of HEC, he is in charge of managing production activities. LAVA stands for "Logistieke en Administratieve Veilingassociatie" LAVA LAVA is the umbrella organisation to promote co-operation among the fruit and vegetable producer organizations in Belgium. As an umbrella organisation of all fruit and vegetable producer organizations within Belgium, LAVA is active in 5 different domains. LAVA supports the producer organisations at the level of commercialisation (sales), quality control and management of the quality and production guidelines, co-ordination of scientific research, and the marketing of the Flandria quality label for fruit and vegetables. In 2020 LAVA initiated Care4Growing as a new digital platform for producers.
Cécilia Multeau leads the "Biocontrol & Biostimulation" innovation domain at the national level, which is managed by INRAE's Plant Health and Environment Department and aims to design and implement INRAE's partnership strategy on these two topics. Cécilia Multeau is also co-leader of the public-private R&D&I consortium on biocontrol and business developer for the Carnot Institute Plant2Pro®. Holder of a PhD in virology, Cécilia Multeau worked for 7 years for the biocontrol company Bioline AgroSciences before joining INRAE.
Launched in 2017 by Justine Lipuma, Mycophyto develops biological solutions capable of adapting to crops and increasing their productivity. The startup specialises in the cultivation of perfume, aromatic and medicinal plants, as well as in market gardening with tomato and vine cultivation.
Damien Reygrobellet is Director of Partnerships and New Business for Total Quadran since 2020. Total Quadran is the entity of the Total Group which, in France, develops, builds and operates renewable electricity production sites: solar farms, wind farms and hydraulic turbines. Damien and his team support Total Quadran's growth by coordinating cross-functional projects with the many Total Quadran branches in France: national tenders, prescription, innovation, green hydrogen and agri-voltage. Damien Reygrobellet, an engineer and economist by training, has chosen to join Total's Renewable Energies branch to actively participate in the transformation of the Group, which has become a multi-energy company.

This online media is aimed at companies and communities, in order to provide them with the keys to understand the issues, trends and innovations that allow them to react to the climate emergency.
Created 6 years ago in Brive by Anthony Bugeat, Axioma has developed a range of plant-based biostimulants for agriculture, all compatible with organic farming. Its products make it possible to reduce the use of fertilisers and pesticides in particular. Two of them have just been approved. "This is the Holy Grail," says Anthony Bugeat. The young boss hopes that other products will follow by the end of the year. "Today it's "Activ'Nutrition" for green meadows and lawns for sports complexes, for example, but this gives us access to new approvals for vines, cereals and market gardening".
Julie co-founded Ombrea in 2016 with her partner Christian Davico, a horticulturist for over thirty years. Ombrea markets tools for the management and protection of field crops (market gardening, horticulture, viticulture and arboriculture) against the effects of climate change. Closely linked to all the players and institutions in the sector, the system has demonstrated its effectiveness on the crops treated, with an increase in agricultural yields of 17% and a reduction in water requirements of 30% (2019 study on peonies carried out by the Astred'hor hor institute). On a personal level, she is very involved in the promotion of entrepreneurship, as President Delegate of the French Tech Aix-Marseille and is involved with young people in training.
Anthony Fremiot is a horticulturist and manager of a one and a half hectare peony farm since 2019. Coming from the trade, he spent twenty years as an auctioneer and then as site manager in Hyères for one of the two largest European buyers of cut flowers. Self-taught to the core, he has developed an approach that is the least invasive and polluting for the plant. A keen observer and enthusiast of new technologies, what motivates him above all is to be as close as possible to his peonies in order to understand and, above all, to respond as well as possible to their needs.
A graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure, Alban began his career with research missions in computer vision and robotics at MIT (Boston, USA), CMU (Pittsburgh, USA), Mines ParisTech, and then the DGA. He then completed his skills in business and marketing of innovation at EM Lyon and in management at HEC Paris. After having started several companies, he chose to use his skills to develop Dilepix. In addition to his general management functions, Alban is also an industrial expert in Robotics and Precision Agriculture for the European Commission.

Passionate about the cooperative sector, I am interested in the economic, financial, legal and social life of cooperative enterprises and the current challenges they face. I work with agricultural cooperatives to help them better understand the changes in their competitive environment, anticipate the major challenges of the agricultural sectors, understand the major macroeconomic issues at stake today, take better advantage of the current digital revolution, diagnose their financial situation and develop their medium-term strategy accordingly.
