What is LFDay ?

Created in 2017, LFDay is the first french dedicated day to agricultural and food innovation in France and Europe.

LFDay is 200 startups innovating from the ground to our plates & +2,000 visitors who meet to provide the keys to reading tomorrow's agricultural world, and the structuring changes that our entire food chain is undergoing.

LFDay also features inspiring speakers who shed light on the challenges and trends of AgriFoodTech worldwide.

Where is the LFDay event ?

LFDay will take place at Ground Control, an independent and committed third-party cultural venue (81 rue de Charolais, 75012 Paris.). Located close to the Gare de Lyon, in a former postal sorting hall belonging to the SNCF, it's a 6,500m² space where people meet, ideas mingle and new solutions emerge. The name Ground Control is a reference to David Bowie, of course, a tribute to the chameleon-like pop-rock artist who shattered so many stereotypes, but it's also a way of calling on people to get back in touch with the earth... the earth in all its dimensions - time, space, the seasons...

What's the date and opening hours of the event ?

This event takes place on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. It opens at 8:30 a.m. and closes at 6 p.m.

Is there access for people with reduced mobility ?

Ground Control is accessible to all, and has PRM facilities (enter through the parking lot located 87 rue du Charolais)

How to get to the event ?

By bike: The site has no parking facilities for bikes and scooters. Nearby parking lots are available.

By metro: Gare de Lyon - Reuilly-Diderot - Montgallet stations - Lines 1, 8 and 14

By car: Zenpark parking lot - 183 Rue de Charenton > 6 minutes' walk Parking Parc Paris-Lyon - 13 minutes' walk from Ground Control

By train: Gare de Lyon - 5-minutes' walk

By plane: Paris Orly airport 27 minutes by car | Charles de Gaulle airport 45 minutes by car

Are there changing rooms on site ?

For your convenience, you can leave your belongings and luggage in the cloakroom. To save space, please do not bring bulky items. La Ferme Digitale declines all responsibility for theft, breakage or loss of personal belongings during the event.

Can we eat on site during the event ?

Do you prefer Pizza or Pasta? Greek or Asian? At LFDay, there's no need to choose! Chefs will be delighted to introduce you to their cuisines at various foodtrucks open at lunchtime. Drinks, tea and coffee available all day for all participants.

No outside food or drink allowed on site.

Can we have refreshments on site during the event ?

Drinks, tea and coffee will be available at the bar all day for all participants.

Where can I find the program ?

In the "AGENDA" tab, you can find the program's list.

All conferences & keynotes will be translated to french or to english.

How to participate in workshops?

Registration for workshops is mandatory and accessible via your personal space.

On site, we recommend arriving to the indicated room 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time.

For your information, workshops will not be translated and mostly in french.

Can I cancel my ticket or get a refund ?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your ticket or obtain a refund. However, you can reallocate your ticket to a person of your choice. You will need to send an e-mail to lfday@lafermedigitale in order to make any changes.

What payment methods are authorized ?

Only credit cards may be used to pay for your ticket. At the LFDay venue, cash or credit cards are authorized for refreshments.
